Moore's Salad Greens is a family-owned farm located in Engadine, Michigan, We grow and sell a variety of fresh vegetables, microgreens, salad greens, chicken eggs and quail eggs. We started out just wanting good quality, fresh greens and vegetables for our family. So, we looked into ways to lengthen the growing season, since growing vegetables here can be a challenge. Pretty soon we had more than we could use, so we started selling the extras. Since 2003, we have been providing our fresh produce and eggs to the community at farmers markets, local stores and via pickup at our farm.

Here at Moore's Salad Greens, we use organic and sustainable methods of raising our produce. Our aim is to provide our customers with healthy, locally grown, fresh produce. We utilize season extending methods to be able to provide produce earlier and later than the usual short growing season of the Upper Peninsula. (continued)
